1.1. Cancellation Notice

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or departure time, you are eligible for a full refund less any applicable processing fees.

  • Partial Refund: If cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may be applied. The fee will be [specify fee percentage or amount], and the remaining balance will be refunded.

2. Cancellation by Advantage Shuttles

In the unlikely event that Advantage Shuttles is unable to provide the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues, or staffing challenges):

  • Full Refund: Clients will receive a full refund of all charges paid.

  • Alternative Arrangements: Where possible, we will work with you to reschedule the service on an alternative date with no additional cost.

3. Refund Procedure

  • Processing Time: Once your cancellation request has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 Business Days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original booking.

  • Notification: You will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation and the refund details once the process is complete.

4. Special Circumstances

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Certain bookings may include non-refundable fees (such as booking or administration fees). These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

  • Group Bookings & Custom Services: For customized transportation services or group bookings, cancellation terms may vary. Please refer to the specific terms provided during the booking process or contact our support team for details.

  • Force Majeure: Advantage Shuttles is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events). In these situations, refund eligibility and rebooking options will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
